1. Click  Settings on the left top of the chat
  2. Click on Organization Info in the left sidebar
  3. Scroll to Customer Support Link and choose one of the three options
    1. Default: Standard link to our Grape Helpcenter
    2. E-Mail: Enter in the textbox below the E-Mail adress you want your users to contact for requests
    3. Link: Enter in the textbox below the web adress you want your users to be forwarded for requests
